Working with Porsche

I was honoured to work with Porsche and feature in an article in the international magazine - Porsche Christophorus (Issue #399 - 2021).

As an artist, it is always great when people connect to your work and to gain some recognition, validation and appreciation for what you create.

After being contacted by Porsche Australia to see if I would be willing to be interviewed it was an amazing process. Discussions with their media people in Germany, an interview with journalist, Jane Rocca and a day with world class photographer, Tim Harris was a blast as they discussed and explored where my ideas, passions and inspiration come from.

Art is such a personal thing - both for the artist as well as for each individual. It can be intimidating and rewarding for artists to receive feedback and comments. Being true to the process and vision works for me. Trying to satisfy others leads to the inevitable - 'you can only please some of the people, some of the time'!

To be recognised and to work with Porsche was an absolute thrill. The brand, design ethos and heritage is the ultimate in cool. The sensual and stylish designs that Porsche is known for is easy to love and something that I am incredibly honoured to be associated with.
